Shipping Info
We are pleased to offer shipping to every country in the world, provided there are mailboxes and postal addresses!

For most destinations, you can select from various shipping options:

•FedEx (tracked, delivery within 2 – 5 days worldwide)
• DPD (tracked, delivery within 2 – 7 days in Europe)
• DHL (tracked, delivery within 2 – 60 days worldwide)
• Pin AG/Spring (Letters / Small parcels, UNTRACKED, delivery within 10 – 30 working days). This option is limited to parcels up to 2 kg in weight. It is often more affordable than other options, but please note that it does not include tracking or insurance. While over 99.5% of our orders using this method arrive safely and on time, we cannot take responsibility for any untracked small parcels or letters. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, we are unable to offer a refund. We recommend choosing a tracked and insured option for greater peace of mind.

Please keep in mind that we are not Amazon. Sometimes it may take us up to 2 weeks, or in rare cases longer, to process and pack your order. Your understanding and support mean a lot to us. Thank you!
Return Policy
You can return the received goods without giving a reason within 14 days by sending them back to us at your own expense. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form (e.g. as a letter, fax, e-mail), but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before the fulfillment of our information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312g Paragraph 1 Clause 1 BGB in connection with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Only in the case of goods that cannot be sent as a parcel (e.g. bulky goods) can you also declare the return by means of a return request in writing. Timely dispatch of the goods or the return request is sufficient to meet the deadline. In any case, the return is at your risk and expense.

Return Consequences

In the event of an effective return, the mutually received services are to be returned and any benefits drawn are to be surrendered. In the event of a deterioration of the item and for uses (e.g. advantages of use) that cannot be returned or can only be given in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the item if the deterioration is due to handling of the item that goes beyond the examination of the properties and functionality. “Checking the properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the respective goods, as is possible and customary in a retail shop. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the goods or the return request, for us with the receipt.
